RURAL MENDOCINO

Rural Wines embody the quintessence of Mendocino County’s renowned wine-growing region. For over seven decades, our family has dedicated itself to the meticulous craft of wine production within the picturesque rural communities of this region.

Our Rural Pinot Noir boasts a vibrant ruby-red hue. Its aroma is complex and inviting, with prominent notes of ripe raspberry intertwined with subtle undertones of forest floor and delicate floral nuances. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with a round, velvety mouthfeel. It is complemented by notes of red plum and a subtle earthiness, with fine tannins that add structure for aging.

The grand champion Henley Oak is renowned as the largest oak tree in the world. This magnificent tree is located on the picturesque Fetzer family’s cattle ranch in the Round Valley of Mendocino County.
