MASUT-THE WINE
All of our land is certified Organic, and managed sustainablity. We host a harvest party at one of our ranches annually to show appreciation for our beef and wine customers and to show them our operation. To learn more, please contact us. Jacob Fetzer, winegrower
VINEYARD The vineyard is 25 acres on a western facing slope consisting of 13 separate blocks. We farm three Dijon clones of Pinot Noir, 113,115, and 777. We sell fruit to a number of wineries who make Masut vineyard designate wines.
WINERY We make our Pinot Noir at our small lot estate winery. We use open-top tanks during fermentaion, and only French oak barrels for aging (50% new).
WINE We produce approximately 600 cases annually.
